Where your data lives
Your data is stored in Switzerland, on infrastructure that is not owned or operated by large AI companies. It is not used to train models. It is not shared with third parties. It exists for one purpose: to make MYOS more useful to you.
What MYOS stores
MYOS stores the content of your conversations and the things it has learned about you over time — your goals, your patterns, your history. This is the foundation of everything it does. Without memory, there is no compounding.
Your right to see everything
You can ask MYOS at any time to show you what it knows about you. There are no hidden profiles, no shadow data. What it has learned is yours to see, correct, or delete.
If you leave
If you choose to stop using MYOS, everything is deleted. Your conversations, your profile, your history — gone. We do not retain data for analytics, for model training, or for any other purpose. You leave clean.
How AI is used
MYOS uses AI models to generate responses. Your conversations may be processed by these models to produce answers. We select providers with strong data protection commitments and contractual guarantees against using your data for training. We do not use consumer-tier AI products for this purpose.
